⭐ Summer Workshop: Living The Intention

A seasonal workshop for reflection, movement and embodied intention.
Summer is often a time of fullness, longer days brighter light and moments when life feels more open and energised. Yet in the midst of that activity it can be easy to lose connection with ourselves and our intentions we set earlier in the year.

Living the intention offers a spacious pause within a season to check in, reconnect with what matters to you and explore how your intentions are already showing up in your life. Rather than setting new goals or pushing forward, this workshop invites you to notice what is already alive, appreciate what is unfolding and gently deepen the way you live your intentions in everyday life.

What to expect
This workshop blends reflective practices with movement and deep rest. Throughout the session you’ll be invited to engage in ways that feel comfortable for you, with options offered throughout.

The workshop will include
•⁠ ⁠Gentle grounding and breath awareness
•⁠ ⁠A short yoga flow to awaken the body and connect the breath with movement
•⁠ ⁠Guided reflection on how your year is unfolding so far
•⁠ ⁠Time to reconnect with the intentions you set earlier in the year
•⁠ ⁠Optional group share
•⁠ ⁠A guided nidra practice to support rest and integration.

The Seasonal Focus
Summer invites us to step more fully into life and recognise what is already present. During this workshop we’ll explore questions such as:

•⁠ ⁠Where am I already living my intentions?
•⁠ ⁠What feels energising or meaningful in my life right now?
•⁠ ⁠How can I continue to embody what matters to me as the year unfolds?

Rather than striving for change, the focus is on embodiment, awareness and appreciation.
