Take a day for yourself to explore, learn and unwind with our Aerial Yoga Workshop, designed to balance activity and relaxation. Whether you’re looking to build on your aerial yoga skills or simply enjoy some peaceful time in the hammock, this workshop offers something for everyone.
What’s Included
Our day is thoughtfully designed and led by two experienced and supportive aerial yoga teachers. They’ll guide you through each session, providing modifications and hand on assists, ensuring you feel confident and at ease.
10:30am: Morning Movement and Exploration
Start the day with a 45-minute aerial flow class to warm up and energise your body, developing strength, flexibility and balance in the hammock.
Following this, dive into an inversions workshop, where you’ll learn step-by-step techniques for safely experiencing upside-down poses. This session is perfect for those with some aerial yoga experience who want to deepen their practice and try something new.
1pm: Lunch Break
Take a break to refuel and relax. Bring your own lunch or explore nearby options before returning for an afternoon of rest and renewal.
2pm: Afternoon Relaxation and Renewal
The afternoon is all about slowing down. A restorative aerial yoga class will guide you into gentle, fully supported poses that release tension and leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Whether you’re a beginner or just in need of some time to relax, this session is a perfect fit.
End the day with a sound bath in the hammock, created by a passionate and talented musician using crystal singing bowls. As you rest in the hammock, let the soothing vibrations of sound wash over you, helping you to fully let go and embrace a deep sense of peace.

Do I need to have prior aerial yoga experience to join the workshop?
While the morning session is designed for those with some aerial yoga experience, the workshop is open to everyone. The afternoon restorative class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to relax and unwind in the hammock. Our teachers will provide guidance and adjustments to suit all levels.
What should I wear to the workshop?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid clothes with zippers or buttons that could get caught in the hammock.
Will the hammock support my weight?
Yes, the hammocks are designed to support of body weight of up to 32 stone or 200kg. They are strong and durable and each one is safely tested for use in aerial yoga.
Is the workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes! While the morning session is aimed at those with some aerial yoga experience, the afternoon session is perfect for beginners. The restorative class and sound bath offer a gentle introduction to aerial yoga and relaxation.
What happens if I can’t attend after booking?
If you can’t make it, you will find instructions on how to cancel your booking in your confirmation email. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will have a credit applied to their account.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, all equipment is provided. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open mind!
Will lunch be provided?
Lunch is not provided, but we have a break during which you can enjoy lunch. You are welcome to bring your own or explore nearby cafes and restaurants. We have a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and microwave for storing and reheating your food.
How many people will be in the workshop?
To ensure the safety of all participants, the morning session is limited to 8 people. There are additional spaces available in the afternoon session.
What if I have a health condition or injury?
If you have any health concerns or injuries, please consult your doctor before attending. Let our teachers know before the session starts so we can provide modifications and ensure your safety during the practice.
Can I join just one of the sessions?
Yes! You can choose to join for the whole day, or simply attend the afternoon session for the restorative aerial class and sound bath.
