There is a car park outside the studio with limited spaces. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. The car park is accessed opposite Pelham Street.

Alternative parking options include the top of Mill Gate and ASDA Supermarket (although please note that ASDA is a 2 hour limit).

Please note that the car park can be particularly busy during office hours on weekdays, as it is shared with other businesses in the building. We recommend considering alternative parking options for our morning, midweek classes.

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before class begins to allow time to settle in and be ready to start on time. For security reasons, the main door to the studio is kept locked, and there may not be a receptionist available to let you in once the class has started.

We also kindly ask that you refrain from arriving more than 15 minutes early, as our instructors may still be finishing the previous class or preparing the studio for the next session.

Wear anything comfortable that allows you to move freely (leggings, shorts, vests or t-shirts are all fine).

If you are attending an aerial class, please avoid clothes with zips or buttons that could get caught in the hammock.

All of our classes are practiced barefoot.

We have a changing room with private cubicles where you can change before or after your classes.

We do not have any shower facilities at the studio.

We provide everything you need for all of our classes, but you’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

We have a variety of classes on our timetable that we recommend for beginners, depending on what you’re hoping to get out of your practice.

For more active classes, we recommend Yoga Basics and Alignment, All Levels Flow, Hatha, Slow Flow and Pilates. If you’re looking for something a bit more relaxing, Yin and Candlelight classes are both great options.

No, you do not need to be naturally flexible to do yoga. Yoga is a practice that can be adapted to your individual abilities and needs. In fact, yoga can help improve your flexibility over time with regular practice.

Yoga is about much more than just flexibility. It encompasses various aspects of physical and mental well-being, including strength, balance, mindfulness and relaxation. Many yoga poses and sequences can be modified to accommodate different levels of flexibility.
We don’t offer a weekly pregnancy yoga class but we do occasionally run pre and post pregnancy workshops.

Our hot classes reach a temperature of approximately 34°C.

We use infrared heaters which heats objects and surfaces directly rather than the air. Infrared heat waves penetrate the body’s tissues more deeply than conventional heating methods. This deep heat can help to increase blood flow and relax muscles, which can be particularly beneficial during yoga practice.

In addition to the infrared heaters, we enhance your comfort in the studio by using Dyson heaters to quickly raise the air temperature, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step inside.

Aerial hammocks are very strong a durable by design. Our aerial hammocks can support up to 32st or 200kg.

The number of men who regularly attend our classes continues to grow. While we don’t offer classes specifically for men, you’ll find that men are present in most of our classes.
