Mastering Balance: A Yoga Workshop for Strength & Stillness
Wobble in Tree Pose or feel unsteady in Warrior III?
This workshop is designed to help you build the strength, focus and confidence needed to bring greater stability to your yoga practice.
Through targeted alignment work, breath awareness and mindful movement, we’ll explore foundational balancing postures as well as more challenging variations – always with the support of props and modifications.
You’ll learn how to activate key muscle groups, connect to your centre and use your breath to stay grounded even when the pose feels unsteady. This workshop is open to all levels, whether you’re new to balancing or looking to refine your technique.
