You’re worried about being flexible enough to keep up in a yoga session?
Not sure you can handle the heat in a hot class?
Nervous if the aerial hammock will fully support you?
We completely understand that trying something new can be intimidating, which is why we’ve created a Yoga Taster Workshop.
This taster workshop is a laid-back and friendly afternoon that offers a taste of everything our studio has to offer.
Tailored for beginners and newcomers to our studio, this experience is the perfect opportunity to ask questions, get acquainted with our studio environment and connect with other individuals who are also new to Yoga Squad.
A Fun, Curated Experience:
You’ll enjoy a fully guided journey through different types of yoga with a scheduled itinerary designed to let you experience a little bit of everything.
Itinerary:
- 2:00 pm — Welcome and Introduction
- 2:30 pm – 2:50 pm — Body Balance: A dynamic session that combines elements of Tai Chi, Pilates, and yoga.
- 3:00 pm – 3:20 pm — Aerial Yoga: Experience a different approach to yoga using the hammock for support, balance, and deeper stretches.
Break
- 4:00 pm – 4:20 pm — Hot Hatha: Get a feel for the intensity of hot yoga in our heated studio.
- 4:30 pm – 4:50 pm — Yin Yoga: Slow down and stretch deeply, targeting the connective tissues and promoting relaxation.
- 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm — Q&A: Ask questions, chat with instructors, and discover more about class passes and memberships.
